Who We Are
Flourish is a mental health provider in the Mohawk Valley of New York, seeking to take things a step further through our honest and personal way of doing therapy. We believe in being real with each other as we develop a genuinely trusting bond that produces actual healing.
We hope for deep permanent transformation to be possible within safe healthy relationship. We welcome you to join our mission of reaching our community one interaction at a time.
For those who are serious about growing and healing from the hurt of the past, we offer a step-by-step online program to learn how you operate and the reasons you do not always act according to your values or have the motivation to work toward your life goals.
If you are willing to see this process through, actual healing can come in the form of releasing resentment, unforgiveness, rejection, doubt, and trauma. We hold the perspective that healing and growth are intertwined and a process. We have condensed necessary lesson and skills to establish a foundation for relearning your reality to one of possibilities and empowerment for you to produce change.
